Ensure your footwear is in original, unworn condition and packed in the original shoe box without any tape or shipping labels attached directly to the box.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Pack and Post

Securely package your items in a protective mailing bag and send them back to our Australian warehouse using a tracked shipping service of your choice.
